To ensure fast delivery, we process orders quickly. If you need to make a change or cancel, please contact us within 2 hours of purchase. Once a pallet has been loaded for shipment, we may not be able to modify the order.

Due to the nature of liquidation and wholesale pallets, all sales are generally final. However, we prioritize customer satisfaction. If there is a significant discrepancy in the manifest or an issue with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery to discuss a resolution.

Standard shipping within the United States typically takes 3–7 business days. For bulk wholesale pallets requiring freight shipping, delivery times may vary based on your location and the carrier’s schedule.

We offer standard ground shipping for smaller items and LTL (Less Than Truckload) Freight for wholesale pallets. Local pickup options may also be available for specific inventory—reach out to our team for details.

As these are liquidation items (returns, overstock, and closeouts), they are sold “as-is.” While we do not offer traditional manufacturer warranties, we provide detailed manifests for many of our pallets so you can buy with confidence.
